Position: Plumbing Draughtsman
Recruvion is a leading contracting company in the plumbing industry, providing high-quality and innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Draughtsman to join our team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed plumbing drawings and plans based on project specifications and requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Review and revise drawings as needed to comply with building codes and regulations
- Prepare material take-offs and cost estimates for plumbing projects
- Communicate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in plumbing design and technology
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all drawings and project documentation
- Assist in training and mentoring junior draughtsmen as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Draughtsman in the construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and codes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- A diploma or degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
